After you have submitted the down payment for purchasing the land, we will provide you with the necessary documents such as the promissory note, land sale contract, and land sale agreement. You’ll need to sign these documents and return them back to us. Once we receive the signed documents, we’ll also sign it and send you a copy. After this process, the land will officially be yours to use.

Are you a real estate agent?
 

Yes. As an educator, land investor, and a realtor we are pleased to provide recommendations for other realtors, brokers, or title companies as needed. It is important to note that these services may come with a cost. However, we offer our services completely free of charge and would be delighted to assist you in any way we can.

Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?

Absolutely! We’re more than happy to assist you in locating your land.

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
